This portal allows end-users to reset their Active Directory password without having to call the Service Desk. In order to use this tool you must first pre-register and verify an email account not associated with your GP Strategies account and mobile phone. You are only required to use one for verification during the reset process but we highly recommend setting both up.
To get started just click on the Register button above and enter your GP Strategies credentials, please use your full GP alias (i.e. user@gpstrategies.com). Please note that you will be redirected to a WindowsAzure or MicrosoftOnline site and this is normal.
